Pink Horrors are lesser daemons of Tzeentch, the Changer of Ways. They are cackling, capering creatures that hurl multicoloured warpfire at their enemies.
When a Pink Horror is destroyed, its energy splits into two Blue Horrors, sullen, grumbling daemons. When these are slain in turn, they divide into flickering Brimstone Horrors. Killing a unit of Horrors can therefore make it multiply before it disappears.
Pink Horrors are Tzeentch's lesser daemons, magic made flesh. They have no fixed form, sometimes holding a shape, sometimes blurring into a mass of colour. They caper and whirl in cheerful mobs, squealing with laughter, which earned them the names Whirling Destroyers and Squealers. The most intelligent and devious are chosen by Tzeentch as Heralds.
The Pink Horror's main weapon is not its claws or the mouth in its torso but warpfire. Victims of warpfire may turn into screaming glass statues, clouds of butterflies with human faces, maddening music or masses of tentacled flesh. The Horrors themselves do not know what any given blast will do, and they shriek with delight at every change. Exalted Pink Horrors are those that have survived many battles, and the chaos of their own realm, by being unusually powerful, cunning or insane.
Appearance & wargear
Pink Horrors are bright pink, long-armed, rubbery daemons with wide mouths and no proper neck. Blue Horrors are smaller and sour-faced, and Brimstone Horrors are tiny living flames.
Their skin glows pink, and their rubbery torsos split into fanged maws, with long gangling arms ending in grasping hands. Their real weapon is warpfire flung from their fingertips.

Battlefield role & tactics
Pink Horrors are psychic infantry with warpfire attacks and the ability to split into new daemons.
Horrors are a ranged force. Their mobs blast enemy lines with bolts of multicoloured flame. When a Pink Horror is torn apart, it splits into two sullen Blue Horrors, which then split into tiny Brimstone Horrors. A unit can therefore keep fighting after taking heavy losses. They are fragile in close combat, though.
Pink Horrors are durable for daemons because they split when they are killed: a Pink Horror's death produces two Blue Horrors, and a Blue Horror's death produces Brimstone Horrors. This makes them hard to remove from objectives. They are a core ranged unit in Tzeentch daemon forces, firing warpflame at infantry before the enemy can close. They are poor in close combat, so they need screens and Heralds to boost their sorcery.
Munitorum & Ordo Xenos Technical Dossier
Classified under Ordo and Departmento Munitorum threat-index protocols as a primary Pink Horrors are psychic infantry with warpfire attacks and the ability to split into new daemons. asset of Chaos Daemons, Pink Horrors relies on a tightly coupled symbiosis between operator conditioning and primary armament. Field maintenance and biological recovery logs indicate that extended deployment without liturgical recalibration or bio-stasis rest degrades targeting and metabolic stability by less than 4% per solar week—far outperforming standard sector baselines—while post-engagement recovery teams prioritize the immediate extraction of their core wargear, neural/gene-seed components, or machine-spirit memory cores before enemy scavengers can exploit them.
