Lore & origins

Even the most sadistic Kabalite Archon treats the Haemonculi of the Under-Core with polite dread. Masters of flesh-craft, toxin-alchemy, and cellular regeneration, the Haemonculi hold the keys to immortality in Commorragh: only within their amniotic racks can a slain Drukhari be regrown from a withered scrap of flesh. Having modified their own bodies over millennia into multi-limbed, spine-extended monstrosities, Haemonculi view war in realspace as a gallery exhibition of living sculpture.
